I tried to put my chase freedom unlimited and my chase reserve and i got this “Chase reports that your card is not eligible to register in Shop with Points at Amazon.com. Please Contact Chase by calling the number on the back of your card if you have any questions.”

Freedom Flex qualifies? It doesn’t work me and didn’t work in the past while Freedom Unlimited did. Flex is a Master. Only Chase Visa cards are displayed on the page to enroll the cards and Flex is not shown there. I contacted both Amazon and Chase in the past and they claimed there are no issues, still I didn’t succeed. I wonder if others have the same experience with the Flex card.

It says activate but then when I try to check out with an item that is sold and shipped by amazon it’s not giving me the discount.

Amazon wallet stated that point are unavailable on my Freedom card though I do have UR points on it. I also noticed the regular Freedom card is not listed on your list above. Is there a reason for regular Freedom CCs not working?
I see now that the Freedom card IS an available choice and my card IS enrolled, however Amazon message says: “Shop With Points enrollment for Chase Ultimate Rewards is currently unavailable”. Thoughts?

For some reason we have never been targeted for this. Ever. Even after deleting and re-enrolling the cards. We have both CSR and Amex with points enrolled.
