I don’t own this specific Anova product but I have 2 of the previous versions. These are AMAZING products to cook sous vide. I highly recommend Anova and can share that my family now avoids expensive steak restaurants: what we can cook at home with little skills is actually so much better!
It is a strange technique at first but there is no coming back!
