I never understood toilet paper math. How does 24 rolls of cottonelle equal 128 rolls of regular?

How much does the “regular” roll have and which company actually makes the regular roll that the others are using for comparison
U can have 1 roll with 100 sheets =regular. A roll with 200 sheets= double or a roll with 400 sheets = Mega (not exact #s but u get the idea) Personally I hate changing the rolls, so I’ll take a mega roll and change it 1/4 less times.
