Does it make sense to buy this phone just for kids to play games on?
Can this be unlocked and used with T-Mobile?
Got 2 thanks Dan my kids will play on these
can anybody recommend unlimited talk/text service that would work with this phone (after it”s unlocked) for a good price? thanx
@Cholentfresser: it never makes sense to buy a phone for kids.
Trust me
seems the price has gone back up
The $29.99 still available from another seller.
Look on the side of the amazon page.
FYI, This Phone can be unlocked for free directly from att, use this link: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/?#
@shmu: lol my kids had phones in preschool. One got lost in Disneyland when he was almost 4yo and called me. Sure, it’s a waste if you don’t use it…just saying
@The Pro: has to be on paid service for 6 months before unlocking is allowed
I got a Nokia Lumia 520 – Impossible to block internet on the Windows Phone!!! Even without a sim – impossible to block wifi, impossible to use pin for phone and not for Kids’ Corner.
I would be happy for someone here to inform me otherwise.
@Wingit: ha one of my kids gets lost in his phone everyday. He literally doesn’t hear me calling him.
I suggest at least not calling it their phone so they don’t always feel entitled to it.
is it a smartphone/have wifi capability?
Best phone I’ve ever owned. I have t-mobile.
Unfortunately it doesn’t have all the apps, but enough for me.
