No – new from Amazon. It didn’t last long, not sure if it was a lightning deal or something, but my total was $36… shipped and sold by Amazon.. new condition 
It wasn’t new… It was Amazon Warehouse which is basically Amazon returns.
Oh no, you are right! I thought it was new, but I just checked the invoice, and it’s “acceptable”. Not sure how that happened, but I have a feeling it’s because I followed a slightly misleading deal that was NOT posted by DD

If you’re cleaning pet messes (my cat occasionally vomits food), I highly recommend the Pet Deluxe model for $94.99 on the same page. It has two attachments I ended up buying separately for a lot more than this $10 upcharge!
