How does this compare to the MX Keys keyboard?

MX Mechanical uses mechanical switches (in Clicky, Tactile, or Smooth formats) where MX Keys has scissor switches (like most laptops have). MXM also uses the newer BOLT receiver, where MXK uses the older unifying receiver.
