This is an incredible deal!! Bought one for the DW!
hi Dan, just wondering if you could help me out here- I ordered the mixer last time you had this deal but the company says I need to send a receipt in, however i don’t think I ever got a paper receipt, where would I get a receipt from?
Thank You!
The model number of the enclosed Amazon link isn’t on the list of model#s on the enclosed rebate form. Are you sure the $40 rebate will work?
the number on the rebate is not exactly the same as the product – just making sure b4 i buy it: KP26M1PSL is the mixer and on the rebate KP26M1X (Is the X the same as PSL)
@ae:
You just login to your Amazon account to print a receipt. I did that and got the rebate like that last time.
@c w:
@brachy:
The model is “KP26M1X” X just refers to the color style.
This same rebate worked on the same model back in November for me.
Just to reconfirm though I just called the kitchenaid rebate line (which is really great by the way, a live person actually answered the phone!) at 888-474-2457 and they confirmed that model KP26M1PSL from Amazon does qualify for the rebate. Free feel to call for yourself and get a name in case you are still unsure.
Does anyone know what the difference is between this machine and the model that’s $40 more KP26M1XNP? If the X is just indicating a difference in color than are they the same? (In the picture it shows that it has a piece that prevents flour from flying all over.) Does anyone have any experience?
And thanks Dan. Much appreciated that you called.
so I called and was told they added this model onto this rebate, but she also put a note under my name/address.
I just ordered this. If you have the Chase Freedom you can get 5% cash back (because this quarter they are giving 5% back on Amazon purchases). Unless it’s better to put it on an American Express (like I did) because of the extra warranty they give.
@c w:
Indeed a tough decision!
The Chase Freedom 5% is more like 9% because UR points are worth 1.8 cents to me, plus if you have chase checking you also get 10 bonus points per transaction plus 10% bonus points.
But then again Starwood gives the extra year warranty and Starpoints.
@Dan: doesnt chase freedom also give an extended warranty?!
@confused:
I don’t think it does, but even if it does nothing can compete with Amex warranty coverage.
Hey Dan!
I went to my account, where can i get the receipt? Thanks!

And then click on view invoice next to the order.
What does Aritsan mean? Some Machines are Artisan and others are just plain.
Thanks!
Beware the City and zip on the printed reabate form are wrong. Just chatted with KA customer service. Here is the correct info. El Paso, TX 88575-1816
The mail-in-rebate form has a mistake in the last line of the address to mail the submission to. It should read El Paso, TX 88575-1816
An artisan mixer is the type where the top part (where the beater plugs into)lifts up. The standard kitchenaid like the professional line has the bowl go up and down. The artisan mixers in my opinion are not as good in quality in addition to being top heavy which makes them very difficult and potentially dangerous to use if the top of the mixer fall on you when your changing attachments.
Boguht this last time amd I received the rebate after a few weeks. I never received the $24 rebate for the magazines, does it take a lot longer than the other rebate?
@Leo:
Yes, that one does take longer.
You should be able to call the number on the rebate to find out more info.
Chase freedom does give double the warranty. I never tried claiming to compare it to Amex.
Do you know if this can make 5 lb’s of challah?
Looking to buy with 220 electrisity for Israel
Link brings me to the kitchen aid but the price is $379, one hour left to the deal. any way i can still order this before the deadline??
i am also trying to buy this and it is still the 24th…….did it end early? can we still get this deal?
I called kitchen aid today to ask them where my $40 rebate is after so long and they told me they are not giving me the money because when i sent back the rebate form i sent back the shipping receipt and not the purchase receipt so i am disqualified. I cannot understand what the difference is especially if they charged my credit card shipped me the kitchen aid???? I did get the $24 back for the magazine subscribtion, so they stuck to their part of the deal. I am past the 90 day grace period by amex to dispute the charge, do you have any advice for me on this matter?
@sarah:
File a complaint online with your state attorney general.
It’s always worked for me.
Or call Amazon.
