I chatted with amazon, explained the situation and they gave me the $5
Captcha wouldn’t load. I closed the page opened Amazon home page hit the account button and signed in again. Watched video again got the credit in 2 seconds
Worked in chrome on iPhone in first try – did not work in safari…
I had the same issue, but seem the trick is to enter an incorrect captcha the first time and then when you enter the new one the second time it worked for me.

chatted & his first response before even asking anything back he said, “ok i will add the promo manually into your account is there anything else i can assist you?” 🙂 it took faster than when i tried verifying the captcha..

The link worked and watched the video, then the wheel kept spinning when I put in the code so I went in my Amazon app and chatted with customer service and they gave me the 5$! Thanks!!
After contacting Amazon, they issued the credit to me. You can try this as well. Most of the time, if you’re calling about anything that inconveniences you on Amazon, they’ll issue at least a $5 credit, and if you ask them to bump it to $10-15, they’ll probably do it.
The Olam pounded this. I almost feel bad for the company.
