Don’t need to order 2 of each item, just 2 items that qualify.
How can you get 2 separate items in your cart at once? If I click subscribe and save on any one item it takes me to check out that one item, and can’t add more to get the discounts to show.
Just change the quantity to 2 on the product page before clicking subscribe.
That will give a quantity of 2 of a single item. I’m asking about 1 each of 2 different items (which seems to be what Lubaby is suggesting).

I ordered doubles of 5 of the items that were subscribe and save eligible and its showing me the 15% off on the subscribe and save orders page but then when I go into my regular “your orders” tab it shows completely different prices for those orders (only 5% off). Will this autocorrect?
