Are you able to download YouTube via this devices App Store?
You can follow tutorials like this one: https://www.howtogeek.com/232726/how-to-install-the-google-play-store-on-your-amazon-fire-tablet/
to instal the Google Play Store. After that you can install most apps like on any android device.
Apps are very limited without the Google Play Store. (Nearly worthless, in my opinion.)
Also note that these tablets become super slow after a few month of use. I mean like really really slow. It takes it a second or 2 to respond to a simple swipe.
