Do you think it’s possible/moral to order this, apply the $10 Amazon credit to my Prime account, and then return the Chromecast? Essentially, free 10 bucks..?
@adam- essentially stealing. Yes you can Prob get away with it….
Switch to No-Rush Shipping and they’ll automatically apply a $5 Prime Pantry credit to your account when the order ships.
Got it! Thanks Dan!
@Adam, thats essentially stealing š
What Adam described is no more stealing, and no less moral, than all the credit card points shtick, of signing up for cards you only will use to grab the points and dump the card.
Obviously, I have a moral compass. But Amazon created the opportunity to do what I suggested. I simply pointed it out. Doesn’t mean it’s right to take advantage of, but I don’t believe it’s wrong either. How many times as Dan posted about a great opportunity to get Amazon credit by buying something from one vendor and selling it back to another at a profit? I think this situation is similar in that the opportunity is there and there aren’t any rules against it.
Really glad this is a responsive community that is open to discussion! š (That’s not sarcasm)
