Update: Last Day!
Important: You must buy the camera and printer together in the same order to get the $75 rebate!
Any reason this won’t work?
The Epson rebate says that you can buy any digital camera to qualify for the $75 printer rebate.
Seems like it should work just fine with a $21 digital camera, which will save you $54 off an Epson printer even if you throw the camera away!

Which printer is the best for your buck?
Why even spend THAT much when you can get those cheapo VGA keychain cameras for only $11?

^actually had one of these on my keychain before phone cameras were out. Takes pretty lousy pictures, but it was a cute novelty item. Oh, and works as a webcam!
Eli:
Probably the 8400. The camera and the printer will cost you just $26 after the rebate.
Mordy:
That camera is not sold from Amazon!
You will wind up paying nearly the same price with shipping from the seller of that camera, and it most likely will not qualify for the rebate because the camera and printer will not be from the same seller!!!
The digital camera in the post is the cheapest one that I found that is sold by Amazon.
ah, ok. I overlooked that!
how about this one

What does it mean about the printer not being available yet? When will it be available?
maybe cheaper:
That camera says “Usually ships within 1 to 2 months.”
Probably too late for the rebate.
Yanky:
I’m not sure why some of the printers are saying that. They were available earlier, they may just be temporarily out of stock…
There are cheap cheap digital cameras from BUY.com and cheap printers, it comes out about the same
Link?
At any rate I’d do business with Amazon over buy.com any day when price is equal…
You may even be able to return the printer after getting the rebate.
I just ordered the printer with the camera but amazon wont ‘ship it until jan 2nd 2008. In the dislcaimer is sais the items must be purchased and delivered before dec 31st 2007. Should i take the chance and still process the order or should i delete it. in addition i can print the recieps now and just white-out the area where it said “not yet delevired”. Please advise. Thanks
