1. Try unfollowing and disabling mobile notifications and deleting your cell phone from Twitter settings.
Then add it back and refollow and reenable mobile notifications.
2. Try contacting Twitter support: https://support.twitter.com/
3. Download the Twitter app and enable push notifications to your phone rather than following via SMS.
