Can someone please explain the difference between the cellular feature and the one without it?
The one with cellular has cellular capabilities.
If it will attach to my phone which already has cellular capabilities what’s the purpose of the watch having cellular capability?

Since there’s a bunch of misleading info on the cellular part of this phone, here goes:
All the base versions will connect via Bluetooth to your phone so that if you’re nearby to your phone, your watch can be like a remote if you will. You can answer or ignore calls and even chose to speak on through the speaker on your watch. Also, if you are running a gps app on your phone, you will be able to see that info on the watch app where applicable.
GPS watch: even when you’re not near your phone, (say you left it at home) your watch has a GPS chip built in so that it will track your movements and work with gps apps, think Waze, Garmin, fitness trackers, pedometers etc.
Here’s where it gets pretty cool:
GPS + Cellular Apple Watch
When you first set this up, you “pair” it with your phone, like all Apple Watch models. Then, there’s the magic part: You go through a “SIM card cloning pairing” – your watch has a micro SIM card permanently built in, that actually clones your phone’s info.
Now you can leave your phone at home and go out for a jog and never miss a call, or just still have the ability to make a call, without having to be tethered to your phone.
(Youngsters know the above but not this: This is the ultimate Dick Tracy piece.)
All that being said, the main caveat to all this coolness, is that the battery on the watch goes quick when you’re using it as a phone…
