Amazon prime pantry sells everyday household goods at discounted prices.  Every item sold by Amazon Prime Pantry takes up a given percentage of a large pantry box and Amazon charges a flat $5.99 shipping rate for each pantry box.  You must have Amazon Prime to take advantage of Prime Pantry pricing.

Amazon Pantry also runs promotions like this one to get free Prime Pantry shipping if you buy 4 Prime Pantry items from this page which has stacked in the past with the $5.99 no-rush discount for a total $11.98 order discount.

The $5.99 Prime Pantry credits will post to your account after your items ship.  You will get an email when your credit posts to your account.

Credits earned now will expire 12/31/15.

You only get one $5.99 credit per Amazon order that you place, so remember to break up your orders so that they are as close to $5.99 each as you can get.

You can use one $5.99 credit per Prime Pantry order that you place.

You can get a free trial of Amazon Prime here. A prime trial is also free with Amazon Mom (which also gets you 20% off diapers among other benefits) or Amazon Student.

I think Amazon has to be the seller. Not just sold on amazon.

Anon

What am I doing wrong? Amazon is seller. Multiple zip codes tried but still no option to change shipping method.

Jackie

And as far as having multiple people on Prime, didn’t they stop doing that this past August? That DDF linked at the end of the post may need to be updated.

having same problem no option to change shipping method

Odd

Well, it won’t let me do it for Pantry items. But I ordered the toaster and I was given the choice of slower shipping and $5.99 credit

savta

the promotion pantrynov is not working for me does not let me change shipping method

hmm

just to make things a bit clearer because i was getting frustrated:
1. Choose FREE No-Rush Shipping ON AN AMAZON PRIME ITEM >$5.99, and amazon will automatically apply a $5.99 Prime Pantry credit to your account once the order SHIPS.
2. Amazon will automatically apply the Prime Pantry credit to you Prime pantry order AT CHECKOUT (i don’t think there is any other way of knowing if you have prime pantry credit).
3. Only ONE $5.99 No-Rush Prime Pantry credit can be used per Pantry order.
4.This No-Rush Prime Pantry credit expires on December 31rd, 2015.

hope this helps someone

What a laugh! I ordered yesterday, got the $5.99 credit and my “No rush” package arrived today, overnight!

Yossi

I am trying to figure out if this is possible. If I am ordering 4 items that qualify for free shipping with promo pantrydec and those 4 items equal 5.99 in cost, shouldnt it be free with the no-rush promo? For some reason the no-rush promo only works on the balance above 5.99. Is this the way it is or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

zf

@Yossi: I am having the same thing, anybody have any idea why
