Amazon Lightning Deal: Monopoly Edition Classic For $15.80
Lightning deal ends at 11:59am!
I’m a Monopoly purist. No bonuses for snake eyes, no money for free parking (who pays you to park somewhere?), no bonus for landing on go. The extra money is the reason people think the game takes forever. Without the free handouts people go bankrupt quickly and the game ends within an hour.
Hasbro ruined Monopoly for me with the current verison. They changed the chance and community chest cards, changed the luxury tax, changed the colors of some properties, changed the income tax structure.
Luckily they still sell the classic edition, though they charge more it. It was $23.20 earlier today but it now on sale for $15.80, tied for the lowest price ever from Amazon from 2 years ago.

Selling for $10ish on Ebay. Why is this such a deal?
