After entering all the info, submit order doesn’t do anything but comes right back to the order page with no errors.

Placed order, got conf email with expected delivery date of 4/26-4/27. Got another email changing delivery date to 4/28-4/29. It never arrived so I checked my account and shows a delivery date of 5/27-5/28 (no email sent this time). So don’t feel too bad if you missed this “deal.”
