It is one of the big airlines in the world…
Almost like Elal
Basically the same. They just dont offer the “Athens Stopover Program”
think dentists are included under “doctor”?
Boychik. Look at your designation on your state license.
Maybe you’ll go with dear old dad, instead.
maybe zanzibar or Seychells
Anyone know if we can add an infant as a 3rd ticket for free?
I’d assume you can call to add an infant afterward.
Valid for EMTs?
i hope so
Doesn’t seem to be valid for EMTs according to their terms and conditions
Isn’t it starting May 12th?
“Visit this page starting from 12 May 2020 at 00.01 Doha time (GMT +3) to register and receive your exclusive promo code.”

Scam
It is the right time: https://www.google.com/search?q=what+time+is+in+doha
Anybody see how you get the promo code?
It’s live!

Not true
Correct is incorrect

I got the page, but the submit button is grayed out.

Ditto
same, I was able to enter my information but the submit button doesn’t work!
Me 2
I tried on a few different browsers/incognito – I filled out the form but the submit button doesn’t click
How can you get a code. I logged in at 5:01 and saw no way to get a code.
It appears not to work for EMTs
Need to have passport number
I’m an EMT, with a passport!
Where is the promo code?
Same here
Actually now works but submit is grayed
I think the site is crashing. The verification checkbox to prove not a robot is being rejected. Therefore, wont let me submit
The daily promo code limit for your country has already been reached. The allocation is refreshed daily at midnight Doha time (GMT+3) – please try to register again tomorrow.
Did it work for anyone? Submit button grayed
The daily promo code limit for your country has already been reached. The allocation is refreshed daily at midnight Doha time (GMT+3) – please try to register again tomorrow.
Grayed out. Do you need to be logged in?
I’m waiting for the submit button to work, tried on mobile and desktop site
reached capacity for US
Still nothing pulling up.
does not allow to submit the info
It’s probably crashing because all those people claiming they are physicians working on the frontlines. PLEASE if you are not putting yourself and family at risk, do not submit this. It isn’t fair to the rest of us risking our lives.
I agree. It’s unethical at its core.
Why you so quick to assume the worst of people.
Anyway, if someone scams the system, they need to show original medical ID at airport.
Thats what I just got, the submit was grey and the suddenly worked and that was the response
I got the same response from Canada
Any country you put doesn’t allow it
Does this mean it worked?
Thank you for submitting your details. A limited number of promo codes will be distributed daily; we will send you an email within 48 hours once your request has been processed.
looks good
What did you do to get this to work??
who got these ?
Has this worked for anyone?
What about the essential workers? It’s so damn rude. The essentials are completely overlooked. Those guys at Amazon warehouses, the folks at your local grocery store, Instacart – all those people risking their lives for little to no pay, minimum/no health insurance.
Nate,
They aren’t performing CPR on a Covid+ patient with aerosilized droplets of virus spewing into the air, performing viduy on patients, telling family members via facetime that their loved one passed away. So yes there are different kinds of “essential” workers but when you face death numerous times a day, I think then those can be extended to them.
Correct. First responders are amazing people. Truly. Hatzalah, Drs, EMT, Nurers etc. They signed up for this job to save lives and they get paid in kind – they find satisfaction in their roles and get paid for it (though surely, it would be nice if they got recognition for the tremendous amount of time and effort during COVID). Doctors and nurses were afforded protection, they are wise and well paid and networked.
What about those who clean the hospitals and take public transit – I’m guessing they had as high as/or even higher infection rate.
Nate, you’re not correct. As a nurse, I clean my patients rooms daily and bring them their food trays. Environmental services, food workers etc. are not allowed in the room to avoid extra exposure. In my hospital, about 10-15 nurses and patient care technicians are out sick with Covid per floor, while only one housekeeper has been out for the entire hospital. The risk is not the same.
Healthcare workers are actually entering a dangerous environment that is known to 100% have the virus that ppl are dying of. I agree that essential workers deserve to be seen, but there is a difference between the risks each profession is taking
Thank you for submitting your details. A limited number of promo codes will be distributed daily; we will send you an email within 48 hours once your request has been processed.
My submit box was grayed out and i let 60 seconds go by and had to re-validate the security question. After waiting for a few minutes and cycling through the “re-validation” it finally turned red and i was able to submit.
Now do you have promo code in email??
Got in – Response was Your information was submitted. You will receive an email within 48 hours once your information is processed.
Were you constantly trying?
Gave up on this one
Is this only for Hospital workers? what abt private practice drs?
How has noone asked how to get to israel?
Hehe, I guess even those who ask the sillier questions here realize that Qatar doesn’t fly to Israel 🙂
The daily promo code limit for your country has already been reached. The allocation is refreshed daily at midnight Doha time (GMT+3) – please try to register again tomorrow.
Is there any issue flying through Doha with a US passport that was stamped in Israel? I think all flights from US go through Doha, correct?
No issue.
What about flying with an actual Israeli passport?
Would the answer to this question change if I was leaving the actual airport to check out Doha?
We got the promo by waiting until we were able to hit submit. ( ithink their site was overun)?Does anyone know if it’s only valid if you fly threw Qatar?
how long did you wait until it worked?
Why would a Jewish person fly Qatar Airways?
For free? Why not?
and for cost? its one of the best airlines in the world, will take you to destinations where others may not or there isn’t much of variety and lastly, why not? If you fly Turkish, Emirates and other middle eastern airlines, why wouldn’t you fly Qatar?
What you’re implying is that for a few bucks one should disregard and override his principles? You either agree to fly them or you don’t. Don’t sell your soul to the Satan of money – because it’s free.
I’m not agreeing to his premise.
But even if one does agree with the premise not to support a ME3 carrier, is that not because you don’t want to pay them money to support them?
If it’s free then how does that apply?
Can you give a reason not to fly them?
It looks like this promo is broken down by country. Which country should someone sign up by- where they live, or the country their passport is from? For example, I am Green Card Holder here in the US- should I sign up under the US, or under Israel since that’s my passport? Or does it go by where you are flying out of?
Any luck today ?
not working – why?
5:01 today. Unable to submit
Same
We are currently experiencing an overwhelming volume on the website. If you are having difficulties loading, please check back again tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.
How long should we wait?
does not work 2 days in a row
Has anyone actually received a promo code or even a confirmation email. I got the “we will contact you within 48 hours but since then nothing.
Unable to submit (think I am giving up)
Anyone in US able to submit successfully without error message?
JUST GOT THE CODe!! We got two of them my wife (PA) and me (clinical researcher)
Dank!!!!!!
Did you submit an earlier day and just get the email now?
submitted it when it first came out two days ago. it said 48 hours from the time it would be submitted to send the code.
Are you located in US?
yes
Do you mind telling me which browser you used? Did captcha work for you (ie pictures popped up and you had to click on what was prompted to prove you’re not a bot) or was captcha only a check box when you submitted? Thank you and congrats for getting it! Jealous…lol
How much We’re the taxes on the flight you booked? I looked at a flight and the actual flight was 300 and taxes and fees were 600. If this is the case it’s far from a free ticket.
Just received the email with my code for the free tickets! Was able to get through the first night (tuesday) and just got the code a few minutes ago.
Lucky guys
Still not able to submit but I’ll keep trying…
Wife got her code. Now we just have to figure out how to get from tel aviv to Amman to take the qatar flight
Following registration, after how long did you get the promo code.
anyone getting? sitting from 5.00
waiting for site and then try again tom – scammers?
Yep
yap. been trying for 3 days. no luck
Got it!! Does this only mean one way when it says return?
“ Enter your promo code as you search for flights on qatarairways.com and receive the following exclusive benefits*:
Up to two complimentary return tickets for adults.
A special offer of 35% off at Qatar Duty Free outlets located at Hamad International Airport.”
Filled the form out first day,
Got the code
Now we went to use it today and it says “this promo is no longer valid”
Natalie the same for me. Could you use the code already? Thanks
Got two tickets. The big question now is where to go. Maldives, seychelles, Zanzibar., India? Anyone with any ideas? What would be the most expensive ticket to the best place???
ANyone suggest Seychilles over Maldives or visa vers?
Got the code today. Looking to use the code to book two adults tickets (wife and I) and pay ourselves for a child ticket for our kid (2+ yr old).
Code works for 2 adults as expected and shows taxes only.
However, when I put in 2 adults and 1 child the promo code pricing seems to disappear and is same as regular pricing.
Booking child ticket separately isn’t being allowed by the website either..
So how can we book for 2 adults and a child using the promo code?
Thanks
His much were the taxes?
Could you update us that how long it took to receive promo code after your application was submitted ? I haven’t received mine after 48 hours:(
Couldn’t get a USA code, but got a code for Syria and it lets me book free tickets.
Will I have any problems?
Can I go with Paramedic category if i’m an EMT?
Already reached limit. At 501 it said site was being overwhelmed
“We are currently receiving too many requests and unable to successfully accept your submission. Please try again”
Just curious- did anyone have success?
I have tried submitting every day at 5:01 and I always got this message:
The daily promo code limit for your country has already been reached. The allocation is refreshed daily at midnight Doha time (GMT+3) – please try to register again tomorrow.
Always I try but never can go through
Finally got through what flights have people booked and how much are the taxes turning out to be?
nyc to maldives, paid $201 total for taxes. What a steal!!
“Up to two complimentary return tickets for adults.”
Does this only mean one way or round trip?
Is Egypt among the origins or destinations provided ?
Are dentist eligible in this scheme??
Hi guys can someone update us that how long it takes to receive promo code after your application is submitted. It says 48 hours but its already been 48 hours for me but I haven’t received anything yet.
The same question for me.
I think it is a scam…just imagine 100000 tickets + another 100000 tickets for partners…total 200000 tickets….average price per ticket 2000 dollars….200000 x 2000 = 400000000 dollars…..the airlines are already loosing money because of Covid 19 flight restrictions …which airlines will loose another 400 million after the restriction….they have collected so much private informations including passports number + expiry date + date of birth
Lol, except Qatar has seats going out empty on every flight. So the cost is close to 0.
Just received a 50% off code up to four passengers for having registered for the promotion, but not having won.
Hey guys,
Any chance anyone was able to extend these vouchers for longer as it looks like we would have to travel by December 2020 and book by November 2020.
Not sure what is my luck in anyone seeing this – but anyone have any luck using this? i got confirmation on email that i could book by 11/28 but complete travel by 3/31/21.
But cant get the code to work online been on hold for a while…any advice would be helpful
