Many high-end credit cards come with a Priority Pass Lounge Membership.
Back in the day that included access to traditional airline lounges, but as US airlines opened their own co-brand lounge cards, they stopped accepting Priority Pass memberships.
Priority Pass branched out to include non-lounge experiences in airports, such as a $28 credit per person at bars and restaurants.
I’ve taken advantage of that many times:

And now Priority Pass will cover massage treatment at Be Relax in San Diego (near Gate 27) and Detroit (near Gate A46).
- You can choose from
- 30 minute Lounger Massage – Be Back (a US$35 value).
- 15 minute Lounger Massage plus Aromatherapy & O2 – Be Back (a US$35 value).
- 10 minute Head Massage plus Aromatherapy & O2 – Head Up (a US$38 value).
- 10 minute Foot Massage plus Aromatherapy & O2 – Be Feet (a US$38 value).
Hopefully additional Be Relax locations will be added as well.
Alas, Priority Pass from AMEX cards no longer includes non-lounge experiences.Ā But other cards such as the Chase Sapphire ReserveĀ® and the Ritz Carlton card still cover Priority Pass non-lounge experiences.
I can’t say that I had any desire to pay for a massage in the airport before, though I have had massages in some first class lounges like the awesome Qantas First Class lounges in Melbourne and Sydney.
Now I just need another Delta One 98K sale like I used to fly their A350 suites to Amsterdam to return so that I’ll have a flight through Detroit!
Will you try out a Be Relax airport spa with Priority Pass?

Perfect timing on the massages as we will be using SAN a bit for the next few years !
Nice!
Is this just cardholders or spouse as well?
You can bring a spouse as well.
So that means only Chase priority pass cards have this benefit not Amex such as brilliant Marriott Bonvoy
That’s what I wrote š
There are other airports on the site such as JFK
Although I have not visited the Centurion Lounge at DFW in 3 years, they did have a massage area (probably still do) which was for a comp 15-20 minute hands on. My only problem with it was that as you entered the lounge, you had to add your name to a waiting list which sometimes was much greater than 90 minutes. So if you were in between flights with a connection less than 2 hours, you were out of luck. Granted if you had a long international connection and wait, then it was perfect.
All of the above was a prelude to this……please some folks, report back to us and let us know if there is a long wait time in San Diego or Detroit for these great add-on services!!!!
what about us altitude card?
Dan you didn’t mention anywhere that it’s assur for a man to get a massage from a female massage therapist. It’s pashut lifnei eiver to post something like the above without responsibly posting such a disclaimer…lol jk but you know that’s a classic thing for people to right in this comments section!

How do you find out which Airline lounges offer these complimentries?
Dan- is there a main page that lists all airports with non-lounge perks
And also restaurants/bars that give items for the Priority Pass credit?
