Update: DEAD!
1,000 Citi points normally transfer into 500 Accor points.
Through 11/30, you will get a 50% transfer bonus, meaning you’ll receive 750 Accor points for every 1,000 Citi points.
You can redeem 2,000 Accor points for 40 Euros, currently US $42.55 towards any Accor hotel brands, such as Banyan Tree, Fairmont, Novotel, Raffles, SLS, Sofitel, and more. You can redeem points for stays or you can apply points to your folio during your stay.
That means the value of each Accor point is 2 Euro cents each. With the current exchange rate, that’s equal to 2.13 US cents per Accor point. Normally that would value each Citi point at 1.06 cents each, but with the 50% bonus that gives a value of 1.6 cents per Citi point.
Last month I wrote about using Citi points for luxury Leaders Club hotels, which also provides a value of 1.6 cents each, though that doesn’t require a transfer bonus.

Can you txfr chase into Citi?
My Accor member number is very long and contains spaces and letters in addition to numbers. I don’t want to mess up my transfer from Citi. Anyone have experience with this? I’m guessing paste it exactly as it shows form the Accor site then delete the spaces?
