IHG Cardholders can login to their IHG.com account through 1/20 and automatically get 20% off award stays of 3 or fewer nights.
IHG tells DansDeals that IHG Platinum elites and Diamond elites will have access to this sale starting on 1/13 through 1/20.
All stays must be completed by March 10, 2023 to qualify for the 20 percent discount offer.
These promos have become a regular feature of the IHG program and are a great way to save points on new reservations or by rebooking existing reservations.
IHG Premier, IHG Premier Business, and IHG Traveler cardholders always get 4th night free on awards, but that won’t be stackable with this promo. However free certificates will be valid at more hotels thanks to the discount.
If you are eligible for this promo, you will see the discount applied when logged in and searching for award rooms.

Non stackable means you either get the 20% off or the 4th night free but not both?
This offer is only for stays of 3 or less nights. Therefore it cannot be stacked with the 4th night free. Obviously, you can book 4 nights and get the 4th one free, but it would not get this discount.
That’s a good point I currently have a 4 night booked with a free night this promo will probably not be cheaper then that to rebook it
Remember when we had to download the IHG app and our points wouldn’t disappear. We’ll just logged in and poof back to zero points

Cancelled and rebooked for the points savings. A pre-Geulah getaway. 2023 is going to get a little crazy at some point.
