These are not posting to my account, even though I got confirmation that the Twitter and my Marriott account are linked. Where can I get help on this?
PSA: make sure your Twitter account is open and not locked in order for you to get the points. I’ve been doing it for a bunch of weeks without anything getting posted to my account and they finally told me that I need to follow the promotion rules which states that it must be open. I pm’d them asking if they can credit me the points now that it’s open and they refused. If anyone has any ideas how I can get the 5000 or so points that I should have gotten, it would be greatly appreciated.
interesting how marriott works with these points, i see i have a balance but my activity only shows this: “We’re sorry, but your points expired on 02/01/16. Our records show no account activity for at least 24 months. If you believe we missed something, please contact customer support.”
