Chase has several excellent airline and hotel mileage transfer options. And they have some duds.
IHG often sells their points for just 0.5 cents each.
Chase points can be cashed out for 1% cash or 1.5% or more towards travel, so it would be a very bad idea to transfer them to IHG at the normal 1:1 ratio.
From now through 7/31, you can transfer Chase points to IHG at a 1:1.7 ratio.
While there certainly are scenarios where IHG points can be worth more than they’re sold for, as you can often buy 1.7 IHG points for 0.85 cents, it would be pretty ridiculous to transfer Chase points even with a 70% bonus unless you have a need for them right now for a higher valued redemption.
Not all redemptions are good ones!

Will a transfer of Chase UR points to IHG extend the expiration date of IHG points?
It should. Or you can go to your IHG rewards, go to “earn points”, “partner benefits”, and earn points through a grubhub order.
