You can book up to 2 reservations per hotel. There’s no limit to how long each of the stays can be.

You can stay in any PointBreaks hotel for 5,000 IHG points.

You can also get 65K points for signing up for the Chase IHG credit card, adding an additional user, and spending $1,000 in 3 months. You can view credit card offers by hovering over the “Credit Cards” tab. You can then view “Limited time credit card offers,”  “Hotel Credit Cards,“ or you can choose to view “credit cards from all banks.“

The IHG card is not subject to Chase’s 5/24 rule and it comes with an annual certificate good for a free stay in any IHG hotel. Those are best utilized at Intercontinental hotels where a night can set you back 60K points or $800/night in places like Bora Bora. The card is free for the first year and then $49/year. If you have a credit card you’ll also get Platinum status and 10% of your points back on all award reservations!

IHG normally sells 5,000 points for $67.50 or 1.35 cents per point, but you can buy 52K points for $260 with the current sale and 100% bonus, which is just 0.5 cents per point!

If those points don’t post instantly you can call IHG to get a points loan based on your purchase confirmation number in order to quickly grab a room. Alternatively you can transfer 5,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points to IHG, though transfers are not instant and it’s a terrible use of Ultimate Rewards points
