Hyatt has added the ability to book award nights at over 30 Destination by Hyatt Residence hotels. You can find the full list here.
The hotels range from category 4-8 and offer standard rooms, premium rooms, suites, and premium suites.
Many of these have minimum stay requirements.
For example at the category 5 Wailea Grand Champions Villas in Maui you can book a 1 bedroom condo with a full kitchen, living room, lanai, and 2 bathrooms as a standard room for 20K points or a 2 bedroom condo as a premium room for 27K points.
At the category 6 Mauna Lani Point on the Big Island of Hawaii you can book a 1 bedroom fairway view with a full kitchen, living room, lanai, and 1.5 bathrooms as a standard room for 25K points, a one bedroom ocean view as a premium room for 33K points, a two bedroom ocean view with 2.5 bathrooms as a suite for 40K points, or a two bedroom signature hole ocean view as a premium suite for 50K points.
At the category 6 Vantage Points in Vail, CO you can book a 2 bedroom condo with a full kitchen, living room, balcony, loft, and 3 bathrooms as a premium room for 33K points or a four bedroom condo with 4 bathrooms as a standard suite for 40K points.
If you, a member in your household, or an authorized user has one of the following Chase cards, you can transfer points into Hyatt points:
