Of course you can purchase any $250+ non-basic economy ticket and convert the ticket into Travel Bank funds useable by anyone. Note that those funds now expire 1 year from the original ticket purchase date, so if you just want discounted JetBlue flight credit, you may want to wait until closer to the offer’s expiration date to take advantage of it.

Works for me every time without issue.
I disputed with Citi for 6+ months regarding merchant offers. I had screenshots showing enrollment on 2 offers and they never paid. Kept telling me to wait or that they filed an incident. Other offers worked but not these. Now if I do an offer, I just assume I won’t get it when deciding to make the purpose. If it comes through, it’s a true bonus.

Please post before the federal incentives run out.
Ty as always!
Also have problems with Citi merchant offers. Aside from being a huge pain to find on their app/website, they don’t pay out!
