Lyft continues to add rewards for linking loyalty programs to your Lyft account. After connecting your accounts you’ll automatically earn rewards every time you use Lyft.
Best of all you can earn all the rewards below on each ride as all of these offers stack!
- Link your Hilton account with Lyft here to earn 3 points per dollar spent on Lyft and 2 points per dollar on Lyft Shared Rides. Max earnings on $10K spending/calendar year.
- Link your Delta account with Lyft here to earn 1 mile per dollar spent and 2 miles per dollar spent on airport rides.
- Link your JetBlue account with Lyft here to earn 30 points on all airport rides.
- Link your Shell/Fuel Rewards account with Lyft here to earn bonus savings on gas
- If you register and take 5 Lyft rides in a month and pay with a World Elite Mastercard you’ll earn a $10 Lyft credit. You can earn the credit once per month. The credit expires 30 days after it posts to your account. World Elite Mastercards include the Barclaycard Arrival Plus® World Elite Mastercard® and the Citi Premier® Card .

As someone who drove for both companies, Lyft is the far superior experience both as a driver and a passenger.
As a passenger both Lyft and Uber are fine. The deciding factor is who is less expensive and gets you there quicker. I open both apps (time permitting) and then decide. Usually Uber wins .
Try Bellhop app. They search Uber and Lyft for you
I pay for Uber/Lyft rides with 20%+ discounted gift cards. Lyft doesn’t let me stack gift cards with other promos (or even with other good cards!). For that reason, I’m out.
Where you finding lyft at 80%
Uber gift cards could be purchased on staples.com or in store using chase ink cash or plus that earns 5 points. Also office depot office max in store sells uber as well.

And you can get free Uber rides with AMEX Plat.
But this post is about Lyft 🙂
I use whatever is less expensive. For my most common ride Lyft is less expensive by 50 cents. Uber has more promotions and seems to be less expensive on longer rides. I try to price things out in advance so I know. I’ll definitely link my jet blue account though, I have nothing to lose by doing it.
Its a good way of keeping your hilton points to not expire, which requires activity once every 365 days.
Dan,
To the Hilton points do I have to pay with a Hilton card?
No.
But does this also stack with freebird
plus 1 does this stack with freebird?
Does this work for lyft business account?
I think the Shell rewards is for Lyft drivers only.
You can’t get the points with more then one airline. It will go to the last one you connected.
This is not true. You can earn points with both airlines. The difference is that JetBlue only gives a standard 30 points on rides to and from an airport, where as delta offers miles on every ride you take with Lyft regardless of origin/destination.
Starting June 30, 2021 you may only earn points or miles through your Lyft account with one travel partner rewards program at a time. You can change which travel partner rewards program you want to activate at any time in the Lyft App. If you do not make a selection by June 30, 2021, you will be defaulted to the travel partner you selected enrolled in first on June 30, 2021.
