Do you have more details about this bank, are they the type to usually drop the apt after being a member for a month or two?

They are running off Webster bank if you look deep into it they say we can lower the rate at anytime without notifying you which is currently at 4% not 5.30 and they have no customer service phone nunber

Fred

They’ve held pretty steady with all the banks decreasing their rates ahead of the Fed meeting next week. This is higher than other high yield savings accounts right now.

I would be shocked if they lowered their rate a bit next week, but it should still be higher than other accounts out there.

I opened a high yield savings account with them back in June. They lowered the rate once from 5.35% to 5.30%. I haven’t had any bad experiences although I haven’t had to pull money from it.
(Not financial advice, just my experience.)
