Can I book tickets and then not show up? Or cancel? Or will I have to pay a penalty? Thx
I recall that when you book a ticket on Amtrak and not attend, then nothing happens.
“Once ticketed, fares are non- refundable; exchanges are permitted prior to the original travel date.”
Doesnt show up as $29. I requested from NYC to WAS on 10/16 – 10/18 to and the lowest fare is $87.
