I have the same problem. I was speaking to an agent yesterday and she told me that as long as I register and my ticket fits the criteria I’ll still get the reward even though I booked earlier.
however, the rules and regulations say “purchase between September 4 and September 18” so I’m not holding my breath…
did anyone get it? i had same prob.. booked tickets for sukkos early.
did anyone get the reward retroactively?
