i didn’t receive an email from them, and i tried online and by phone, and it didn’t work. i tried it on my personal and on my business card and both didn’t work

These types of offers never work for me, i spend too much on my AmEx Delta.
I think they only offer it to cardholders with low spending.
I was solicited by Chase/United/Visa for a card offering me 20,000 miles for signing up. The first time they offered me this I got the miles, the second time they sent me a letter that I was ineligble. Evidentlly the offer was only good for new cardmembers. Oh, well it was worth a free try.
