Wow the bookings must be really bad for the airlines to resort to a double elite miles twice in a year!
At any rate Continental has finally matched the double elite miles promo initiated by AA and matched by United for travel between 09/09/09 and 12/15/09.
With all of these double elite miles promos there’s really no excuse to be paying for checked baggage or flying in coach
