I did not requalify for 2023 but my status is still Premier Platinum through Jan 31. That might be the reason it did not work for me. Thanks for clarifying

After logging in, refresh the page. I originally just saw my status but after refreshing, I see the option to request a tag

It worked for my silver account. but when I logged in with a platinum account the option wasn’t there.

I guess these days they also don’t send an annual welcome package that includes a physical card and drink coupons and such? Amazing how much their postage bills must have declined. They used to even send you monthly newsletters and such in the mail!

I think it only works if you have same status in 23 as you did in 22. I am going from GS (since 2018) to 1K and I have no option to order tags.
