Update, I just made an order, and I somehow also had a reward balance of $25, so it took a total of $40 off my order, got a $57 watch for $17!

Yes, it is a prime account that is connected to Zappos.
Chat was down so called customer care to get the $15 credit. Shows up as points at checkout.

I just assumed the code didn’t work and called. The woman very politely told me that i should have actually checked before calling to tell them it didn’t work because the code was applied as it was supposed to be.
I linked accounts after the banner was gone. I Got a $25 vip code in an email at around 7:10pm w/o talking to them.
