Yeah I was able to get thru the checkout process but got the OOS message at the end.
Usually free bags are an add-on only.
It only took off 1 cent for me and most are sold out.

Somewhat correction. It seems if the item is discounted at all it only takes off 50%. If you select a full price one it will take off 100%
