As we’ve posted for over a decade on the first day of Spring, Rita’s will be handing out free Ices today! I had my first Rita’s 20 years ago as a 13 year old when I went away to high school in Pittsburgh and still have one whenever I return to visit.
All locations will have free ices between 12pm-9pm. Limit of 1 free ices per person in line.
Flavors rotate by the day, but if you’re lucky your local store will have some of my favorites, like Passion Fruit or Chocolate Peanut Butter. Many stores also take requests for flavors if you call them the day before. What’s your favorite flavor?
Disclaimer: While Rita’s products are all kosher, only select stores are under rabbinical kosher supervision and only the water ices are parve. There are more than a dozen kosher certified stores in AZ, CA, CT, FL, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, MD, OH, PA, and VA.

I’m not sure if all products in every Rita’s is kosher. Many of them may sell products that are not even OUD. Are you 100% sure all products in all stores are kosher?

The kashrus certification on the Jackson, NJ location says explicitly that certain items are not kosher at all
If you are talking about the one on county line, I can’t confirm 100% but I don’t believe this is true. I would be extremely surprised if it was.
Perhaps you are getting confused with the fact that not all items are Cholov Yisroel?

Because most of the country doesn’t care about kosher. Remember, we are a minority.
Texas also has kosher certified Rita’s. Houston
Michigan has a Kosher supervised Ritas.

You need to update the kosher disclaimer as many ritas topping combos are now not kosher! There were grape ices with nerts, and Skittles with popped Skittles etc.
The plain ices is still kosher.
I think the ritas on route 59 in monsey is parav colov yisroel.
