Does this apply to chase business cards or only personal?
It only applies to the cards mentioned in this post.
Does this mean that I can get multiple credits for one quarter or do I have to choose the card to get the credits from?
You can get credits on each of the activated cards each month or quarter.
Get credits without ordering? Or Need to order using each of this cards to receive credit on those accounts?
You get a credit for ordering on each card.
Could you split the order to charge 15/10 between a few cards?
1 card per order as far as I can tell.
When the 3 months ended on my first card the next card I linked didn’t extend it for some reason.
Did you click activate here with that card?
http://instacart.oloiyb.net/XxqOrG
I have 2 Mastercard Freedom Flex that can’t get activated using this link, any possibility of different link for them to get activated. Both shows as having the offer in chase account
How do you like the cards? I added them as sources of payment is that enough?
No.
Click activate here with that card:
http://instacart.oloiyb.net/XxqOrG
Do you still get the quarterly statement after the trial finishes for that specific card? I had six month of preferred now I have a different card the reserve on the account, can I still get the credit if I pay with the preferred or I’ll only get the monthly for reserve?
Yes, you get for each card.
Awesome, now I’ll wait till next quarter to downgrade
whats the real benefit to instacart
costco has in stores prices that are cheaper
and doesnt walmart also ship for free after $35?
Costco doesn’t ship fresh items and time is also money. I found many Walmart items do not ship at all especially “great value” items
you are saying instacart ships a greater selection than walmart.com? and at other stores?
I got 3 free months for linking Delta account too. Stacked with Chase
any chance I can link and activate someone else’s cards (i.e, parents and SO)?
I did mine and my wife’s cards without issue.
After each card’s free months expire, do you have to cancel membership with Instacart to prevent being charged a regular fee? If so, that sounds like a big headache to track.
No
Is there a way to check how much credit is available on my account at a given time?
how do you get the instacart credit? Is it on the credit card account or in instacart account. I used instacart few weeks ago, I don’t see any credit on my CC statement
Did you activate the benefit on Instacart?
After that, it will show up as a refund on your registered card.
I activated the benefit on instacart … got an email with 15 of your next instacart order. is that what it is? Or I shall be receiving Credit of 15 on my CC bill ? TIA
Also activated few chase cards per your suggestion – 2 questions
1. One of the card showing instacart offer in chase, but when I activate using your link – that card comes up as no offer on this card? Any idea why?
2. How do I get all this credits on this different cards – do I need to have instacart purchases using those cards? For example an order every month for CSR and then additional quarterly orders with IC+ using those other cards? When they say Quarter – is it like Jan – March 31st?
Anyway to track if I already got the credit for this quarter
A little late response, but log in to Chase and check your account online. It will show as a separate line item.
Will I still get this quarter’s credit if I receive my order on June 30th?
Will I still get the credits for this konth if I place an order for pickup on June 30th
Can I place an order today?
I added my freedom card but it’s not giving me 3 months free…
50 off 100 @walmart on instacart now
I am seeing 15% off up to $23 across almost all my cards.
If I used my Instacart+ membership credit already from my chase card, can I get a replacement card with a new card number and be eligible again for the benefits?
Yes. Just did exactly that.
The promotion isn’t working for me. I didn’t have Peacock previoysly so downloaded it today. But got the error message I needed to upgrade to the latest version of the Peacock app for it to work. Not happy and no one to call.
Don’t forget to leave a fair tip for your instacart shopper!
I used to do it part time, and it is amazing how many people expect someone to shop their order and then drive 10 miles for no tip. Given that Instacart only pays shoppers $4-$6 to shop and deliver most orders (regardless of distance involved), even a $5 tip means the shopper is making less than minimum wage, and if you factor in car-related expenses then the shopper (who is obviously bad at math but also cash poor) might be losing money.
Just remember this the next time you think it is cool that you can order from a store 20 miles from your home and have it delivered same day. Yes, there will be some schmuck who will deliver that order eventually, but that doesn’t mean it’s right. RANT END.
It is why I don’t use Instacart, even though I get it free and get a $15 credit/mo. Service is a ripoff, if one must also tip the shoppers, on top of the inflated product prices.
I often wondered what Instacart paid the shoppers. Assuming the shopper spends 30 minutes shopping and 15 minutes delivering a couple of miles away the wage +$10 tip after gas expense is below minimum wage. How do they get workers?
If I activated the card after I made a purchase (same day as purchase, but after) will $15 be credited
Does this work for Instacart in Canada also, if I use a Chase Sapphire Reserve?
Could I add all my cards and it would automatically add the free months?
Yes, that’s what the post says. 🙂
I set up and Instacart account and I’ve successfully added some of our Chase cards, but when trying to add more cards through the link Dan posted, it keeps saying that i’ve already activated the offer through that card and it will not let me add any new cards. any idea how to get around this and add more Chase cards?
I think there’s a limit on how many cards can be in your account at once. Try deleting 1 card and try again. I had this solution work for me in the past.
Amazing, just used 2 cards to get a year free and had no clue before – THANK YOU!!
does the credit go by when it posts or was charged?
Is there a way to stop it from automatically charging your card when the free instacart+ credits expire or do I have to wait until they’re ready to expire to cancel.
Dan, do you know if the charges must clear to get the points? Or is it ok if it’s just lending?
Thank you!
Can I get now 5 points per dollar with the freedom cards?
Such a shame this benefit is ending.
Together with the 15 dollar credit per month and the discounted gift cards from Costco it was a great deal.
Cheaper than shopping in Costco itself!
8 freedome cards added, good for next 2 years
“we could not add your card at this time”
which other cards offer free instacart membership amex etc.
Will chase still be giving the monthly or quarterly credits after 7/31 if I registered my cards before then ?
If I place an order today 07/30, but it doesn’t post until August Will I still get the credit?
I think it wont get the refund.
The faqs seem to say that it goes by when the transactions post.
My sapphire preferred in the past few months has posted the day after the order.
Instacart will be amazed how little business from 8/1.
I’ve used my chase slate a few times on instacart and it’s never credited back fyi
Tried clicking on chase link. seems to not work today. my loss
I think this closed already. Tried adding cards and nothing updated. Tried accessing the Chase partnership page (used multiple different links) and got an error message. Was just going to add another 6 months 🙁
From Instacart live chat:
“Thank you for confirmation.
Not to worry, I will escalate the issue with the concern team.
You will receive a response from our team ASAP.”

Good luck with that, Instacart has one of the worst customer services in the industry. They will not honor anything unfortunately
Looks like they killed it early…
That’s right, but not before I extended my membership for another 37 Months…
Ah the joys of not procrastinating. 🙂
Did I read briefly via notification that the Walmart+ – Instacart deadline was extended? Haven’t been able to find it. Thanks
Did the $15 Chase Monthly credit expire yet?
Can I still add chase cards to insta cart and get a few months of membership for free?
