Dan, what do you say about Sprint cutting thousands of their SERO customers with the “claim” that they made “frequent calls” to customer service?
That “claim” is the only way it makes sense.
The majority of the costs that sprint incurs when they sign up customers are at the actual signing. It isnt like Sprint is losing money on these SERO plans.
I’m not sure of where you heard that thousands were cut off.
At any rate Sprint said that the people that were cut off made an average of 50 calls to CS every month!
The original Reuters story says 1,000 – 1,200 accounts were terminated.
