Americans are lucky to live in a democracy where we can freely vote. Do your patriotic duty and go vote for the candidate that you think will be the best President for the next 4 years!
Live in a state where you think your vote won’t count? Vote anyway. It shows politicians that you still care to vote and it ensures that national popular vote numbers aren’t skewed by those who feel their vote won’t count. And there are down-ballot issues that should matter to you as well. Besides, you never know what could happen!
Some companies are offering promotions for election day:
- Krispy Kreme is offering a free glazed doughnut.
- DoorDash is offering 10% off $12+ orders with code: DPVOTE
- Hertz is offering rent for 2 days get 1 free.

Re DoorDash, “Whoops //www.doordash.com/dashpass”
TMobile Tuesdays is offering $5 Lyft rides, not sure it will stack with these
Multiple T-MO lines, can multiple $5 credits be added to one account?
Yes
http://bannersmokedfish.com/ 20% off with code VOTE20
Awesome deal
I really hope that poll is wrong… that answer is horrifying.
Which poll?
Not everyone on this website is eligible to vote.
So what this really means is that 72% of people looking for cheap Flights and good deals, voted for Donald Trump
Can I get the Lyft driver To pickup food from Restaurant? If yes, How?
Your third question is highly dependent on the result of the second.
Holy cow def surprised by the election poll result. God help this country if it comes true.
Great post Dan! So fun to read! #KAG
Hope the first two poll question results are wrong, unless majority of readers are Trump supporters.
T-Mobile Tuesday has a $5 Lyft credit
Thanks as always for the information and entertainment you offer. I totally forgot that in the past you posted that you can get free rides to the polls. I went out by myself at o’ dark hundred (actually 5:55am) and walked to my polling place. B”H I got there safely, but it was kind of scary. (I’m a senior citizen and live in Crown Heights) I would have loved to take a Lyft or an Uber instead, but I only saw this post now, 6 hours after I finished voting!
VLF2020 gave me a $25 credit for today. Interestingly Lyft applied 2020VOTE to my ride first, and then deducted the remaining 50% off my $25 credit. It’s now letting me use the remaining credit balance for more rides.
Are the lyft codes literally for getting to the polls or can you use them for whatever? Officially I mean, not dishonestly
“Offer of Promo code is not intended to induce, nor is it conditioned on, the act of voting, or voting for or against any particular person or measure”
I used them for polls, but they’re allowing me to apply to any ride.
If the Ride is $20, Can you use the leftover $5 to tip or will you need to pay that separately?
Tips are charged separately.
I like the DDF tie in. Makes it more natural than looking for a topic there…
Correct. The title should have been:
HOT! TODAY ONLY! Vote & Save…..
Trump 2020
Thanks for this!
Saw this article at 8:48, ordered a Lyft, got there at 8:58 – it closes at 9:00!
Was registered but hadn’t had time today. Voted thanks to you!
Awesome!
BIDEN WON. Buahahahah. Unbelievable that “you” guys only care about Israel. You live in the United States of America. You should care about being an American. Otherwise, you are not Americans and are just as horrible as Trump.
