I would say less than 1% unless they just got in a huge shipment in witch case its going to flood the market.
I’ve been ordering from MSC for years. They always ship fast. Never had a problem.
They do not actually have them in stock –just called.

They said these are not in stock. Apparently it was a glitch and should have never been listed in the first place.
