I just got an email from customer service telling me that they won’t honor the price mistake.

They just cancelled my order and the e-mail said because it was a price mistake is there anything i could do to fight them.

I was a victim to this “mistake” as well and have been informed to print and fill out the attorney general customer complaint forms, and send this out along with your receipts showing what you were you were supposed to pay, and your email confirmation that items would be shipped out by December 16, 2008. I Have already done this on the advice of the attorney general’s office in PA. They might be able to do something about this for all of us.
