I bought a coupon for this cleaning service, and was extremely disappointed in their service. They were difficult to schedule with and at the last minute advanced my appointment time without warning. I was informed that since I would be paying with a coupon, they would lose too much money if I kept my later appt time, therefore I had to leave work early. It took 1h 20min to clean a 1500 sq ft two bedroom condo, for which they charged me twenty minutes “overage”, which came out to be $55 (which they wanted in cash), and I still had some cleaning left (sink/dishes/cooktop).
