And if you’re in Brooklyn going to the Firestone on Empire Blvd, you may luck out and get your car back in one piece… Otherwise this 26.99 maintenance/repair might turn into your worst nightmare… That is just an added perk the guys on Empire Blvd offer 🙂
@Brooklynite: So use a DIFFERENT location!
Does it say at the bottom of coupon not applicable in CA and NY?
@Roadrage: No, it says “Shop fees not applicable in CA or NY.”

Make an appointment, that way you won’t have to wait to long for service in your location
I’d never use Firestone or any of the chain auto repair places. How do you know if the guy working on your car know what he’s doing. I’d rather use my independent mechanic who I know for years and I can trust.
This may be the most expensive “best oil change deal” you ever got.
They’ll prob tell you that you need new breaks (even if you don’t)
Or they might tell you that you don’t need spell-check (even if you do)!
Read the review for the one in Brooklyn… They don’t sound like the best deal.
I wouldn’t go to them if you paid me… once bitten… twice stupid.. 🙂
