Look at AT&T Go Phone on their website to see the options. Can be used for T-Mobile or any company that can put a sim card in an unlocked phone.
I am not so sure you can use it with other carriers. “No contract” does not necessarily mean “unlocked”.
My wife a different Lumia phone (I think the 720). She HATED it (except for the camera).
