I have purchased from there two or three times but have generally been disappointed (I bought slippers that were smaller than they were advertised, for example). But I’ll give it another shot.

This site and Bens outlet are the same company. They used to be in Brooklyn and now they are shipping out of Florida.
I have ordered a few times from this company and am unimpressed. The items I received each time were complete junk and they took forever to get. I’d rather spend more and get better quality goods.
Complete junk is exactly what they sell. And their customer service is abysmal, if not worse. As long as you are willing to exchange your legal tender money for the junk they offer, everything is fine. But if you ever have any complaints they will do everything they can to make sure you never get your money back.
Don’t spend what you’re not prepared to lose.
