NITPICKER ALERT!
If it’s Pareve, it can’t be called ice CREAM (it must be made with real milk to be legally allowed to use the word “cream”.)
The legally allowed term is “frozen dessert” or something similar (like Mehadrin’s “Ice Qream” – but that’s probably trademarked).
Nitpicking the nitpick :
It seems that the federal regulations you refer to only specify *retailers*. I wonder if a restaurant fall under this definition.
Of course Chanukah is blacked out. {sigh}
Umm, which dates did you find for $160? Went all the way to June 2025 and nothing cheaper than $230+
