My United Gateway got the same offer.
Only United Explorer was targeted for the same promo
After checking many accounts its looks like its only on the united Personal Cards.
Same offer, Quest. I agree with the genius, it looks like only United cards. Seems to be the case with a lot of offers lately.
Same offer on my Gateway. Not on my wife’s new Quest. Not on any other cards.

What’s the trick to get these offers?
Most banks like to give offers to entice people to use cards they haven’t been using for a while. A lot of the Chase offers lately seem to be only on United-branded cards. (Or maybe it’s just me?)
My Amazon prime card got it
United Explorer, up to 5x on up to $1,000 spent at grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.
IHG, earn 7x total points on up to $1,000 spent at grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.
Got 5% back on PayPal up to $1500 on my freedom
Aeroplan 5x points on up to $1,000 spent at grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.
My wife’s Hyatt card.
I got NOTHING — shutout on IHG cards (2), Hyatt, and Marriott.
Half came up as no offer; a couple it said they couldn’t identify my account.
I got for my Freedom Unlimited 5% cash back on PayPal up to $1500
