I have the Amex version (got $125 and when I found a $200 link, Amazon matched it for me by refunding $75 of my Prime Membership) but this seems like a better choice.

A shame that this card is only cash back as opposed to ultimate rewards.
I was wondering this actually – the terms seem to say the “cash back” is in points, so would that be UR points?

The 5% on the amex/amazon card is capped at $120,000 in purchases each calendar year, and 1% Back thereafter
No limit with Chase.
Is authorized user’s credit report checkec and counted for 5/24? Amazon only asks for name and date of birth
Seems like “Prime members” means only primary members (or maybe simply not for grandfathered shared Prime benefits).
I have the old-style shared Prime and I do not get this card offered to me. They only show me a $60 GC one with only 3% Cash Back on Amazon.
