The travelers cheque card costs $15, and you can use it like a credit card, or you can take he money out of it from an ATM(maximum withdrawal is $400 at a time) for a $2.50/transaction fee.
You enter in your delta skymiles number in on the page when it says to submit your order.
There are no cash advance fees for the card, but it can only be purchased with a MC/Visa debit card, or an AMEX credit or debit card.
The best way to buy it is with the delta amex card that i’m sure all of my faithful readers have by now.
In summary, Purchase the $700 cheque card with the delta amex, and you will get 700 miles from the delta amex card, plus 2,500 miles for buying the cheque card, plus the $25 gift card.
The expenses will be $15 for the cheque card, plus $5 (2 atm transactions to withdraw the money right after you get the card) for a total of $20.
