Step 2: Click on “my itineraries” in the box on the left.
Step 3: Log in, and the list of your itineraries will come up.
Step 4: Choose the itinerary that went down in price and then click the “Change Itinerary” button.
Step 5: After The itinerary comes up click on “More options” below the list of flights.
Step 6: Under the itinerary click the text, “You can also check the price of the itinerary.”
Step 7: United.com will offer a refund in the form of vouchers!
Step 8: Print out the new receipt for your records…
